another day…
Well it’s been busy and I haven’t accomplished anything. I got the homeschool kid set up with school work, did some cleaning, and was planning to go into work. I get a phone call. A strange man says “Hi we were supposed to call you before we come get the old furnace?” (remember the one I was afraid would blow up during the wedding?) I say “are we doing that today?” He says yep we’re on our way now.”
OK so I stay home, all the kids are over on and off all day.. The ferrets get to run but not cleaned. The dishes get stacked but not washed. (no hot water, it’s gas too.)
I did wash my hair. and put on clothes. and check my email. and worked on an article for a bridal thing. After the wedding I guess I have a little experience?
Or maybe I can fake it? But… now I have hot water and a messy house and frankly, I’m tired, and lazy, and wellll..
Next time I’ll let ya know if the dishes get there.
Oh the workmen are comming back Thursday or Friday with the new furnace. Did I mention my furnace is in the cellar? Down a set of steep ladder style stairs? With a dirt floor?
Maybe I’ll wait till the weekend to clean house..
